10x your productivity with AI tools

AI, artificial intelligence, what really is AI?

AI is quite frankly whatever you think it is, a tool, a human substitute, a second brain, whatever you think it is. The most important thing is not being left behind like the time the internet was newly conceived and many people didn't jump on the band wagon on time.

How can you make AI work for you? AI has many applications for code writing, story telling, blogging (I write all my blogs myself, no offense to AI), editing documents, pictures, videos, audio, and the list goes on. Its like using a spelling checker when earlier word processing software just came out for use on platforms like Microsoft word, you type what you want to type and it helps correct your misspellings, then we watched them add predictive text, so as you type it suggests words to complete your sentences.

Now, you can create a website from a single line sentence to an AI tool, you can make a new image from your imagination, make a recipe for a meal, solve equations, make formulas, get notifications, build applications that require serious front-end and backend technical knowledge, all using different kinds of AI tools.

I once did a speechify app for myself in python, and it was good, did exactly what I needed it to do, read text fast to me. I did take some fine tweaking though especially when I wrote it as a command line to and then changed it to be a graphic user interfaced tool, I struggled to make the app layout what i wanted it to be but eventually, just with beginner knowledge, I was able to get a full blown application.

What should you be looking to do with AI? All the things you ever wished to do or create, now you can, build yourself a solution, draft that business plan, make a financial forecast for your enterprise, generate templates for your operations, sales, work flows, automate tasks, anything you can think of to make your life easier.

Most offices use excel for almost everything asides offices that use a CRM or an ERP for their office work, I would recommend asking any AI tool you can to help you make your life easier, upload a sample of your spreadsheets and have it learn what you use it for, then ask it to automate as much of it for you, yes you make struggle to formulate the necessary prompt sentence that will get you what you need but the more you try the better you become at formulating the sentences to give you your required or desired outcome. If you need diagrams or a breakdown of your work from spreadsheets it can also visualize it for you, so you see things you missed or get more insights.

Gone are the days you need to spend countless hours or days on a project unless you're stalling your clients to make it look like you're doing a very great and extensive job and the work requires a bit more time and effort. If you know what you want to achieve, know the intricacies, have an idea of the expected outcomes, then, you're just a prompt away from getting your work done.

10x your productivity means if you're a beginner, you don't have to be a beginner for long, you can start building solutions with AI and start understanding how projects work by shadowing what AI has helped you achieve. Do as many projects and you'll start to see and understand stuff. This virtually means you have to at least know what you're doing, so, start learning stuff today, there a ton of online resources to learn virtually anything for free. Take at least 3 beginner classes on your desired topic and just dive right into it, AI will close the learning curve, help you find and fix errors, refine your work and give you the confidence you need to get to where you wanna be.

Some AI tools for school work are being frowned at, so writing those, 10,000 word essays and prototyping those designs to some extend need your input to at least 60% to help you not become reliant on AI for everything. The goal is to augment your skills with AI, not completely just tell it what to do every time.

Will AI get to the point where it doesn't need human input, yes, AI will get to the point where it can do everything on its own, don't worry, we still have some time, may not be long, but you'd be glad you read this on time and acted on it, we are still in the age of human relevance, AI consciousness is still learning, still evolving.

Robots...… Now that's a different ball game, robots with an AI consciousness would be one step closer to reduced human productivity, I can only think of a handful of things that humans can do on their own that AI or robots wouldn't be able to do

Here are few AI tools you can try out for free today.
